Ever since starting my practice in early 2005 one of the Naturopathic Principles I have tried to uphold is that of Docere.  Docere is a Latin word that combines the concept of "doctor" and "to teach".  I believe that as a doctor one of my primary roles is that of teacher or coach to my patients.  It is my job to provide you with information about your health, your body and strategies you implement in order to achieve or maintain health.

Putting your power back in your hands through educating and inspiring you is a fundamental goal of mine.  I firmly believe that you are the best authority on You and it is my job to awaken your own inner wisdom and allow that to guide us on finding the best treatments for you.

For this reason I am committed to providing you with quality health information.  Information on all aspects of health from the physical to the emotional, psychological and spiritual.
